Kitchen renovation

Kitchen renovation includes demolition of unstable walls, replacement of the electrical network and sewage system, removal of old flooring, restoration of floors with floor screed and new flooring, restoration of walls and ceilings — drywall and painting, assembly and installation of modular kitchens, kitchen furniture, and sanitary ware, and finishing works according to the client's design. Approximate completion time: 1 month.

In the current project, an unstable kitchen wall was torn down. The wall was rebuilt with Ytong blocks, and the electrical and sewage networks were replaced.

The ceiling level is lowered by installing a waterproof drywall with metal profiles. The walls and ceiling are plastered. High-quality washable latex is used to finish the walls and ceiling. The floor is leveled with floor screed and finished with faience tiles.

The kitchen cabinets have been assembled and installed, and wooden kitchen countertops have been installed. Tiles have been laid around the countertops. A sink, mixer tap, oven, built-in hob, and lighting fixtures have been installed.
